Get to know the Center Party:

What are we called? We are called CENTRISTS. This is already a term. You will hear it on TV and you will see it in articles, on web sites and in social media posts. We’re already a group, we just need to formally organize!
​
What is our color? Republicans are red, Democrats are blue, so naturally, our official color is PURPLE! You already hear the media refer to states as “Purple States” – meaning – they have a lot of people on each side – and in the middle!

What is our animal? Republicans have the elephant. Democrats have the donkey. Our animal is the Lion.

The Lion symbolizes strength, authority and command. The lion is cool and calm but ferocious if it has to be. The Lion is the protector of the earth and the guardian of our dream state. We are daring to dream that America can be the place we all want it to be. The Lion is the ‘king of the jungle’ – and we feel that over time we can become the most dominant political party in the land. We ARE the majority!

3 parties makes sense:

Let’s start saying ‘tripartisan’! Can you imagine if we had 3 major parties? We know many of you feel like you have no political home. The Republican party has been hijacked by the extreme right. The Democratic Party has been hijacked by the extreme left. MOST of us agree with bits and pieces from BOTH party platforms. MOST of us are so fed up with the division and stagnation in Washington, due to the two-party system. It’s time for a 3RD party that represents the viewpoints of most Americans. It’s time for The Center Party.​

We now have the most polarized, hyper-partisan and toxic political environment in our nation’s history. As a result, the American people are suffering! MOST Americans agree with the best ideas from both parties.

* ARE YOU A moderate REPUBLICAN who feels like your party has been hijacked by the Trump/MAGA cult, evangelicals, big donor money and the radical right?
* ARE YOU A moderate DEMOCRAT who feels like your party has been hijacked by ultra-progressive, ‘woke’, extreme socialist, big government, cancel culture?

* ARE YOU AN INDEPENDENT – who is frustrated that you don’t have an organized voice in Washington, or at the state or local level?
* DO YOU SUPPORT COMMON SENSE bits and pieces from BOTH parties?
* DO YOU FEEL LIKE CONGRESS IS DIVIDED, America is divided, and as a result nothing is getting done in Washington?
* DO YOU THINK AMERICA NEEDS A 3rd PARTY representing the majority in the middle now more than ever

Right now The Center Party is a MOVEMENT. We are not an actual political party (YET!) Becoming a political party takes FUNDS to organize meetings, collect signatures, meet fundraising requirements, and register with state electoral commissions and the Federal Election Commission.
