Merchandise (Products)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is an error with your order, please contact us at info@centerparty.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to issue a replacement or a refund.

Eligible Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Custom or personalized items

Donations

All donations made to Center Party LLC are final and non-refundable.

As a registered Limited Liability Company (LLC), donations made to Center Party LLC are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days at info@centerparty.com so we can review and address your concern on a case-by-case basis.
