As Abraham Lincoln famously said in the Gettysburg Address, a "government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth." Unfortunately, the two extreme parties are causing that government to perish before our eyes. Right now our government doesn't represent most of us. We believe the policy should be driven by the needs of the people. And the only way to determine those needs is to talk to you. Aside from contacting us, there are two different ways you can make sure your voice his heard:

Surveys:

We will be conducting brief surveys on our web site, via social media, via email, via phone and via postal mail - to ensure a broad group of voices are heard. We will only be contacting you about participating in a survey if you have opted-in to do so. The surveys will be no longer than 20 questions and will only take a few minutes of your time. 

Focus Groups: 

Focus groups are a step beyond surveys. You answer questions in greater depth, provide statements, engage in a dialogue with fellow group members and discuss reactions and positions. This provides deeper insights as to why you feel the way you do, and what you would like done about it. Since this requires more time and in some cases travel to a meeting room, focus groups participants receive compensation. We will be conducting focus groups in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, New York City and San Diego, and select college campuses nationwide. We will also be conducting virtual focus groups, to ensure people from all around the country are heard.
