Scott Brennan

Chief Executive Officer

Scott has over 25 years of experience working in various leadership roles with some of the world's premier companies including Boeing, United Airlines, Accenture, IBM, and Verizon. For the past several years Scott has been mentoring and working with start-ups for the University of Washington and Seattle’s Climate Innovation Hub.
 
Throughout his career Scott has developed a keen understanding of how to work in complex environments and leverage technology to accelerate business strategy and address business challenges. He brings leadership, business acumen and both start-up and multi-national experience to establishing and scaling new enterprises.
 
Scott joined the Center Party because he shares our principles and values. He is currently registered as an independent because neither the Republican nor Democratic parties reflect the ideals he wants to see reflected in our government and country. 

Scott attended the University of Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, where he received a Master of Business Administration.
 

Ben Snow

Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Ben has over 25 years of experience in marketing, branding and sales for some of the world’s largest companies and most powerful brands, including Hasbro, Samsung, Fila, NASCAR, Mastercard, the WWE, Ricoh, Konica Minolta and Frontier Communications. 

Ben has led teams and campaigns in all forms of marketing, including advertising, branding, market research, digital media, and sales. His efforts have resulted in employers and Clients reaching and exceeding campaign goals, increasing revenues and delivering value to stakeholders. 

Ben started the Center Party because he believes that the views and goals of the majority are not represented by the current two-party system. He believes in a mix of conservative, libertarian and progressive principles that lead to the betterment of society as a whole.

Ben attended the University of Denver, where he received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, the University of New Haven, where he received a Master of Business Administration, and CT State Gateway, where he received a Certificate in Leadership from the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce.​

Jailyn Wallace

Chief Political Officer

Jay is a political strategist, organizer, and institutional leader dedicated to building a more responsive and people-centered democracy. His leadership is grounded in service and a commitment to creating practical political alternatives that meet the needs of everyday Americans.

​

He studied Outdoor Education at Central Wyoming College, an experience that shaped his resilience and hands-on approach to leadership. He later served in AmeriCorps NCCC, where he strengthened his commitment to national service and community impact. He is also a current member of the Ohio Military Reserve.

Jay previously served as the Ohio State Lead for the Forward Party and as President of For A Working Democracy, where he drove organizational growth and reform-focused civic engagement. In these roles, he worked to build political infrastructure and advance a vision of leadership rooted in accountability and long-term renewal.

As Chief Political Officer of the Center Party, Jay leads political strategy, movement building, and organizational development. He is responsible for shaping the party’s vision, strengthening national and state infrastructure, and expanding its capacity to connect with voters seeking a practical and future-focused path forward.
